Latte Art Milk Technique

Information

During this 90 minute class you will master milk steaming techniques and the art of free pouring. You must have completed espresso class one to take this course, or have completed other basic espresso classes. The science and art of espresso includes the visual delivery of the finished product. In this workshop you will discover how to achieve free pour. You will learn correct temperatures, use of the steam wand, stretching milk (incorporating air into the milk), and foam volume for milk based coffees. Participants will also learn the art of creating hearts, rosettas, and tulips.
